Papa Perc (he/she)

Hiya, the names Papa Perc (he/she) and I’ll be one of your improv coaches for the workshop! My improv journey started in 2016 with Dirty Laundry YYC, the city’s only improvised soap opera, where I worked as a main cast member and musician until 2020, and got the opportunity to attend and even teach a ton of super fun improv and theatre courses. While attending the creative writing summer camp Wordsworth in 2022 and 2023 I got to co-run some improv workshops for other campers. My improv experience came in handy while creating my drag character, as well as performing as that character, but I also find myself using many improv skills on a daily basis. I’m super excited to join Avalon (Jack Sin Divine) in teaching you all about the wonderful world of improv!
