OF INTEREST: A twenty-year resident of the Bow Valley, Lauren has worked as an ill-qualified accounts payable clerk, a cranky customer service agent, a purveyor of soap, and an overly-enthusiastic optometric assistant before finally landing on the only career she’s good at— taking the conversations in her head and putting them on paper. A multi-published, New York Times bestselling novelist, she is thrilled to bring her love of storytelling to a different medium. She is a decent director, an experienced actress, a questionable dancer, and a trained vocalist who is terrified to sing in public. She played a giant tomato in heels in her very first Pine Tree Players show, the 2006 production of Ned Durango Comes to Big Oak, a role she has never lived up to.
