CREDITS WITH PTP: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Musical Director), And Then the Lights Went Out (Producer), In the Tank (Director)

OF INTEREST: Janell directed her first play when she was in grade 12. She has taught music and drama at Our Lady of the Snows school for the last 13 years and was a nominee for the Musicounts Teacher of the Year Award at the 2022 Junos. Janell started the Bow Valley Affordable Arts program this year to give all youth an opportunity to participate in the arts. She has 200 students in her grade 7-12 music program, four of which are in this musical’s band. She enjoys composing music for young bands and mountain biking in her spare time.
