OF INTEREST: Kate Lonsberry is thrilled to be joining Pine Tree Players for the first time as the Stage Manager for Canmore Summer Theatre Festival’s production of Anne of Green Gables by Ashley Griffin.

Kate has experience in the performing arts, both onstage and backstage. Kate is in their fourth year of their BFA at the University of Alberta (U of A), specializing in Stage Management. Through Central Memorial’s Performing and Visual Arts program, the University of Alberta and Vancouver Film School, Kate has had the opportunity to train in stage management, playwriting, puppetry, stage combat, costuming, scenic painting, theatrical design and many more theatrical disciplines.
Kate is looking forward to further developing their skills in professional theatre and fostering an inclusive, creative space.
