Audition Workshop: Preparing to Read Sides

Prepare for the Canmore Summer Theatre Festival (CSTF) auditions through guided script work, personalized feedback, and repeat readings—while connecting with fellow performers and directors Shelby Pfeiffer Reinitz and Chelsea Howell-Fellows.

This workshop is designed to help performers feel confident and prepared for auditions for the Canmore Summer Theatre Festival (CSTF). Participants will be given script pages and tips to prepare in advance and will work with a partner to read, receive feedback, and refine their piece. After incorporating notes, participants will have the opportunity to present a second reading, strengthening their skills and confidence. This workshop offers valuable practice ahead of CSTF auditions at the end of February and a chance to get to know the CSTF directors Shelby Pfeiffer Reinitz and Chelsea Howell-Fellows in a supportive, low-pressure setting.
